Dr. Joseph Giffoni
I graduated from Oregon State University with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. I spent the first 4 1/2 years in Lake Stevens, WA as a mixed animal practioner (90% dogs/cats and 10% horses, cows & goats). I moved to Vancouver, WA in 1991 and after a few months I was fortunate to become the owner of Companion Pet Clinic. I enjoy working with dogs and cats and have a special interest in soft tissue surgeries.
Dr. Lisa Clemetson
I graduated from Washington State University Veterinary School in 1992 and moved to Vancouver. I did relief work for several veterinary clinics including Companion. I had the pick of where I wanted to work full-time and chose Companion Pet Clinic because I felt that it offered the best care of the places I have worked. Though my time at the clinic is limited to one day a week (so I am able to spend time with my children) I am still passionate about helping animals and the clinic. My special interests are dentistry and feline medicine.

I spent years in a veterinary clinic as a client and one day decided I would rather be there than go back to work. So I went back to school and graduated from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. Now I spend all day at Companion Pet Clinic with all of the cats and dogs, then I go home to my own passel of cats. I am happy to be surrounded by furry friends.
